My vinyasa offerings span a variety of styles and intensities, from dynamic flow classes that build strength and stamina to slower-paced sessions focused on alignment, breath, and mindful movement.
Yang & Yin
Yang & Yin offers the best of both worlds: a dynamic, warming practice to build strength and mobility, followed by a slower, more meditative sequence designed to release tension and encourage relaxation.
Hot Yoga
I also teach a range of classes at Hotpod Yoga Dulwich, from dynamic, flowing vinyasa practices to deeply restorative yoga nidra. Whatever your energy levels or experience, there's a class to meet you where you are.
One-on-One
Looking for something more personal? I also offer one-to-one yoga sessions tailored entirely to you, your body, and your goals. Whether you're new to yoga, working with an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, private sessions provide dedicated support at your own pace.
